What should I do if the microphone of the all in one computer has no sound? 

1. Check whether the microphone of the All In One PC computer is muted. Do as follows: Right-click the computer all in one pc, the small speaker in the lower right corner --- open the volume control --- options ---- properties --- (bottom) microphone volume (front "√").

2. If you still can't solve the problem through step 1, then test whether the microphone is normal. Follow the steps below: Start---Program---Accessories---Entertainment---Recorder, turn on the recorder, speak into your microphone, and click the red record button to see if it can be recorded. Sound (whether the green bar of the sound wave flashes up and down), if all in one desktop is recorded, it means that your microphone is in good condition. If it cannot be recorded, it may be that your sound card is not set correctly or the microphone is not connected correctly or the switch of the microphone is not turned on. If your settings, microphone, and the connection between the microphone and the console are all OK, it is likely that there is a problem with your sound card driver. Solution: Please put the sound card driver disk into your optical drive, and drive according to the sound card manual.
